Elliman Magazine, the company’s lifestyle consumer magazine, was missing the mark content-wise and not supporting the larger real estate business. Stories did little to support the real estate listings, which were pushed to the back of the magazine, and celebrity profiles didn’t complement the brand. Further, the company needed a partner to help them improve the efficiency of their digital marketing strategy with more sophisticated audience targeting capabilities.
We overhauled the editorial strategy with a renewed focus on the company’s top locations and talent, bringing Douglas Elliman’s strengths to the forefront. We redesigned the magazine to compete with leading lifestyle brands—upping the fun-factor and increasing the prominence of Elliman’s revenue-driving property listings. Digitally, we’re leveraging the technology and data of our Advance Local affiliate to improve Elliman’s audience targeting strategy.
